Ingredients

    Garlic, 5 clove; Pure Vegetable Oil, 2 tbsp; Cardomom, ground, 1 tbsp; Ginger Root, 3 slices; Cloves, ground, 1 tbsp; Allspice, 1 tbsp;
    Bay Leaf, 1 tbsp, crumbled; Medium Yellow Onion, Curry powder, 2 tsp; 1/2 jalapeno Peppers, 1/2 Canned Tomatoes, 3/4 cup Coconut Milk, 2 cups Water; 2.5 tsps Kosher salt, 1 1/2 lbs Shrimp, Lime Juice, 1 wedge. Basmati Rice 1 cup uncooked.

Directions

Heat oil in a large dutch over over medium heat. Add cloves, cardamom, allspice, cinnamon and bay leaf and cook until toasted. Add the onion and cook about three minutes. Add the garclic and giner pasted (from blender'), curry powder, and jelapeno and cook about another minute. Add the tomato, coconut milk, and cook for seven minutes. Add water and salt and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 6 minutes. Add shrimp, cover for 5 minutes. Stir in lime juice. Put over cooked rice. Enjoy!
