Introduction

Very filling. Add a cooked veggie burger for protein or chicken. Very filling. Add a cooked veggie burger for protein or chicken.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    2 large leeks
    1 green peppers
    1 orange pepper
    1 can of crushed tomatoes no salt
    1 whole zucchini
    3 Carrots
    8oz Fresh Mushrooms
    1/2 head cauliflower
    1 whole yellow pepper
    3 cups spinach

    1 bunch of celery
    Half a head of cabbage
    1 48oz Bottle of Low Sodium V8 juice
    Fresh Basil if you like
    Season to taste with garlic powder - do not add salt.

Directions

Directions:

Chop in food processor (except spinach) and mix with V8 in large crock pot. Cover crock pot and cook on low overnight or 8 hours. Add spinach to wilt. Puree all in a blender, store in air tight container. Serve warm or cold.
