Ingredients

14 oz. Barilla Plus Penne Pasta
    1 package (19.2 oz) 99% Ground Turkey
1 Bag cut, chopped Broccoli florets (12 oz)
1.75 cups of Kraft Mozzarella (Fat Free)
    3 cups Delallo Tomato Sauce
    Dried Italian Spices to taste
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    Cooking Spray
Chopped fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)

Directions

1. Preheat oven 350 degrees.

2. Cook penne according to package directions. When past is 2 minutes from being done, add broccoli to the pot (if using asparagus, add it when the pasta is only 1 minute from being done). 3. Meanwhile, cook ground turkey in non-stick pan over medium-high heat until cooked through and slightly brown. Add tomato sauce and any spices and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer until heated through for 4-6 minutes.

4. Add sauce to pasta and broccoli pot and stir to combine.

5. Lightly coat a 2-qt. baking dish with cooking spray. Add half of the penne mixture and sprinkle with 1/2. of the mozzarella. Add the remaining penne mixture and top with final 1/2 cup of mozzarella. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let rest for 10 minutes and add garnish (optional) and serve.

Enjoy!
