Ingredients

    1 Premade Keebler Ready Crust Graham
    4 oz of cream cheese (fat free or light)
    1 Cup of powdered sugar
    1 8 oz cool whip (free)
    8-16 oz of crushed pineapple, drained
    2 oz of chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
    1 tsp of vanilla

Directions

Combine cream cheese, vanilla and powdered sugar in blender until smooth. Add in Pineapple. Mix well. Lightly blend in Cool Whip.

Layer into the premade pie shell. Add chopped nuts as topping. Chill pie for at least one hour to allow for flavor mixture and reset of ingredients. Serve cold.

Makes 6 large slices.
