Introduction

Great salad to accompany main course dishes. Great salad to accompany main course dishes.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 heads of fresh broccoli (not sure how many cups this comes out to)
    1/2 cup white or golden raisins
    1/2 cup sunflower seeds
    1/2 cup sweet red onion, chopped fine
    1/2 cup BacOs or real bacon, crumbled
    1 cup plain yogurt
    dash of salt
    1 tsp sugar (optional)

Directions

Clean broccoli and destem. Discard stems or save for cooking. Place broccoli florets, raisins, sunflower seeds, onion and BacOs in large mixing bowl.

In a smaller bowl stir yogurt, salt and sugar until smooth. Pour over broccoli mix and toss until well coated. Cover and store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
