Introduction

An easy meal to through together. I always keep these ingredients on hand. Can be made without the bacon. An easy meal to through together. I always keep these ingredients on hand. Can be made without the bacon.

Ingredients

    10 oz. chopped frozen spinach, drained well
    2 cups shredded sharp cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 cup nonfat milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 pie crust, can use 1 deep dish or 2 shallow ones
    3 pieces microwave bacon, crumbled

Directions

1. Toss cheese with flour in mixing bowl.
2. Add the rest of ingredients and mix well.
3. Pour into pie shell(s) and bake at 350 for 1 hour (deep dish quiche may take a few minutes longer. Quiche is done when toothpick comes out clean. Let rest a few minutes before serving.
