Using the Key Lime Cheese Ball Mix by Tastefully Simple, I made this cheesecake variation for my Father-in-Law who is a diabetic. Ingredients

1.25 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
3 Tbsp. of Splenda
1/3 cup butter, melted
Key Lime Cheese Ball Mix, by Tastefully Simple
8 oz. softened cream cheese, 1/3 fat
8 oz Cool Whip topping, Fat free
Directions
.Melt butter, add to Splenda and graham cracker mixture. Blend with fork until crumbly. Press into a pie plate, coating sides too (or use prepared Graham Cracker crust for quicker effort). Combine Key Lime Cheese Ball Mix (packet 1) with cream cheese and blend well. Fold in Cool Whip; spoon mixture into graham cracker crust. Chill 2 hours; garnish with crumbs from Packet 2 in Tastefully Simple Key Lime Cheese Ball Mix kit. Cut into 8 equal slices for 243 calories each slice.
