Ingredients

    16 oz Elbow Macaroni, cooked to al dente and drained
    1 TB Canola Oil
    6 c. Shredded Sharp Cheddar
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 T. salt
    2 (12 oz) cans evaporated milk
    3 c. Fat Free Milk

Directions

Place macaroni in crock pot and coat with oil. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir. Cook on low 4 - 6 hours, stirring occasionally.

    Loved this.... Was pleasently surprised on how well it turned out. I was kind of nervous about the noodles getting too soft but they are just perfect. THis is a great once in a while treat.... - 3/5/10
