Ingredients

    Turkey Pastrami-2oz
    Romaine Lettuce 2 cups coarsely chopped
    Tomato wedges-5
    Cucumber slices - 4 -cut in half
    Pepperoncini- (1) large, chopped
    Kalamata Olives (4) cut in half
    Swiss Gruyere Cheese (1) tablespoon, grated
    Garlic 1 clove, smashed and chopped fine
    Extra Virgen Olive Oil
    Balsamic Vinegar
    Fresh Ground Pepper


Directions

1. Cut turkey pastrami into bite size pieces. Lightly spray a pan and heat the meat to bring out the flavor. Remove from pan and let cool.

2. Place the lettuce in a salad bowl. Add the meat. Arrange
the tomato wedges around the bowl.

3. Place the cucumber halves around the bowl. Spread the pepperoncini around. Arrange the olives in the bowl.

4. Sprinkle cheese over salad.

5. Smash the Garlic clove with the flat of a knife and chop very fine.

6. In a small bowl, add the olive oil and vinegar. Place the garlic in it and mix well. Dress salad with dressing.

7. Add fresh ground pepper over salad.
