Delicious, easy banana bread! Delicious, easy banana bread!
Number of Servings: 14

Ingredients

    2 cups Heart Smart Bisquick
    2 eggs
    2/3 cup Sugar
    1/4 tsp Baking Soda
    2-3 extra ripe bananas

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease bread baking tin (I use olive oil spray & bisquick)

Peel and place bananas in bowl
Make a small hole in the middle of the bananas to beat the eggs without mixing them into the bananas
Measure out bisquick and baking soda
Add dry ingredients to wet, and fold into wet until blended. Take care to not over mix.

Fill baking pan 1/2 full and bake for 40-45 minutes

Makes one loaf
