Ingredients

* 9 oz Wide Asian Noodles, fresh
sauce ingredients
* 1- Jalapeno Pepper
* 1/4 cup Honey
* 3 tbsp Cilantro
* 1 tsp Ginger Root, grated
salt and pepper to taste
Stir Fry Ingredients
* 1 tsp Sesame Oil
* 2 tsp Canola Oil
* Garlic, 1 clove
* 9 oz Chicken Breast, skin less, boneless, cubed
* 2-3 tbsp water
* 1 1/5 cup Bok Choy, chopped
* 1 cup Carrots, slices
* 1/2 cup Red Bell Peppers, sliced
Garnish
* 1/4 cup Scallions, chopped
Directions
Cook noodles according to package instructions.
Combine sauce ingredients in a blender and blend until desired consistancy (I like it chunky). For a smoother sauce add a couple tablespoons of water.
Heat all oil in large skillet. Add garlic and stir fry for 1 minute, until opaque. Add chicken and stir fry until cooked through. Add water, boy choy, carrots and red bell peppers. Stir fry until vegetables and almost done. Add sauce and cook until heated through.
Serve over noodles.
