Ingredients

    6 Pork Chops
    1 Can 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 Tbsp. Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard
    1/2 Cup 1% Milk
    Lemon Pepper Seasoning

Directions

Sprinkle chops with Lemon Pepper seasoning. Cook Pork Chops until done. Remove them from pan and mix together cream of mushroom soup, milk and mustard. Bring to a boil. Add pork chops and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.

Great with whole wheat noodles.

    Very Good
    Very yummy. The mustard gives this a wonderful flavor. I substituted cream of chicken for the cream of mushroom and used spicy brown mustard instead of dijon. Delicious! - 7/31/09

    Very Good
    I baked these. 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Just mixed everything and poured it over the top. Very tasty and freezes wonderfully. - 4/5/08
