Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This was great - I used garlic pepper as I was out of the lemon pepper and I also seared the meat, made the sauce and the added the meat back into the skillet and put it in the oven to finish cooking - YUM! I agree the calories are a bit off, but I adjusted and enjoyed it anyway.
We loved it. After cooking the chops, browned onions in the pan, used sherry to deglaze, then used cream of celery (don't like mushrooms). Used brown mustard - no dijon. Also skipped the lemon pepper; used salt, pepper, allspice.
I didn't have the lemon pepper seasoning, so Ijust seasoned the pork with salt and pepper...but it was delicious and a big hit at my house.
