Introduction
My favorite breakfast as of now. The texture of the Banana and cream cheese goes great together.Note: I am not including the calories for the bagel/bread because no bagel is created equal and it will be much more accurate if you add your brand to your food tracker along with this. Fat free cream cheese, 2 oz.
Banana, 1/2 large
Bagel or toast (not included in value)
Directions
1. toast your bagel or bread
2. Spread half of the cream cheese on to each side of the bagel and put the banana in the center and close into a sandwich. I find it easiest to eat this way because the cream cheese holds the banana in place and doesn't slide out.
