Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 pound of lean ground beef
    1 c. Ezekiel sprouted golden flax cereal
    1/2 c. 1% milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 small onion, chopped
    1 tbsp Italian seasoning
    salt and pepper to taste
    ketchup

Directions

Mix together all of the ingredients until well blended. Spoon an equal amount of mixture into a twelve hole muffin tin. Bake in a 350 oven for 20 minutes. Add a squirt of ketchup to the top of each mini loaf after 10 minutes. Continue baking.

Sprouted cereal is available in health food stores and Kroger stores.
