Wonderful way to use fresh produce from the garden Wonderful way to use fresh produce from the garden
Number of Servings: 4


    2 1/2 cups fresh ripe tomatoes, diced in 3/4 inch cubes
    1/2 cup green onions, thinly sliced, including some greens
    1/4 tsp kosher salt
    1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
    1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil


Place tomatoes and onions in serving bowl, sprinkle with salt and pepper, drizzle with oil, toss to distribute. Serve chilled. Serving is about 2/3 cup, including juice.
