I like to have a drink every now and then, which means I don't like having a fridge full of mixers. This is a GREAT recipe for making a small amount of Sweet 'n' Sour Mix (also known as Sour Mix). Ingredients

1 cup Sugar
2 cups Water (tap or bottle), room temperature
2 cups Lemon Juice
Directions
Serving Size: 1 oz
Servings per: 24
In shaker, start with sugar and and water. Water should be room temperature or warmer to aid in the disolving of sugar. Shake until sugar is COMPLETELY disolved. Adding water slowly can ensure a good blend.
Add lemon juice and shake.
Mix is ready for use IF you're adding ice to drink, otherwise place in fridge and allow to cool.
Lasts for several weeks.
