    1 large Green Pepper, chopped
    1 large Yellow Pepper, chopped
    1/2 large red Onion, chopped
    1 medium Red Ripe Tomato, chopped
    1 Large package Butoni 3 cheese tortilini
    1/2 cup Italian Salad dressing


Prepare pasta according to package directions.
Chop produce while pasta is boiling.
Drain pasta and chill, add the rest of the ingredients.
Makes 8 servings, approx. 1.5 cups each.
