Ingredients

    1 pkg sugar free Jello - any flavor you wish
    1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1%
    1/2 cup cream cheese, light
    1 cup boiling water

Directions

Makes 4 servings

In a coffee mug or measuring cup, dissolve the jello in 1/2 cup boiling water. Put the cheeses in a deep bowl, and add the other 1/2 cup HOT water. Mix well, with an electric mixer or by hand, until smooth (or as smooth as possible - cottage cheese won't become entirely creamy). Pour the dissolved jello in and mix well. Pour into 4 dessert bowls and chill.
