Ingredients

    Oat Bran, 1.5 cup
    * Flour, white, 1.5 cup
    * Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed
    * Baking Powder, 2 tsp
    * Baking Soda, 2 tsp
    * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    * Applesauce, unsweetened, 1.5 cup
    * Egg, fresh, 2 large
    * Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    banana, 2 cup

Directions

mix dry ingredients, add in wet ingredients except the bananas. Fold in the bananas. Scoop into greased muffin pans, bake at 400 for 15 min.

    Incredible!
    Really nice, would cut down the sugar next time as they are a bit too sweet. - 1/1/14
