Introduction
Great make ahead breakfast for the next day, especially if you are in a rush and in a rut as to what to grab on the run. Kids like to help and then eat it the next morning...can eat warm or cold. Use a 8x8 or a round casserole dish or a smallish rectangular dish. Spray with Pam for easy removal. Ingredients

2 cups quick oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1 1/2 cup skim milk
1 banana chopped into bite sized chunks
1 large egg, beaten
Directions
Mix dry ingredients
Mix wet ingredients
Mix both together
Add to casserole dish, such as an 8x8 or equivalent pan
Bake at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool or refrigerate...can be cut into 8 squares for easy serving. You can also add it to a bowl and eat with milk as well.
Another idea is to omit the bananas and add small apple chunks or add raisins...remember it will change the calorie count and nutrition info.
