Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    43g (1/2box) Betty Crocker super moist Carrot cake mix
    .25c canola oil
    1 lg egg
    .12c raisins

Directions

*325 deg convection oven
350 deg reg oven
*combine 43g cake mix; 1/4c canola oil; 1 lg egg;
& beat until blended (by hand is all that is needed)
*stir in .12 of a cup of raisins
*place by spoon full on lightly oiled cookie pan,
to make 12 cookies
*bake 325 deg convection oven for 11 min
bake 350 deg reg oven for 12 min
*remove after a couple of min with metal apatula to rack to cool completely :)
