Introduction

Everything was purchased from Trader Joe's well that is except to the Ragu sauce....but, any sauce will do. Everything was purchased from Trader Joe's well that is except to the Ragu sauce....but, any sauce will do.
Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    Pizza dish, oven safe
    3 Tbls Olive Oil
    1 package of Trader Joe's whole wheight pizza dough
    1.5 cups of package Ragu or any marinara/pizza sauce
    1 8 oz pkg of Vegan Rella Mozzarella type cheez, shredded
    1 package Grader Joe's gourmet grill veggies - grilled and chooped
    3 cloves garlic grilled and minced
    2.5 oz of sliced black olives

Directions

preheat oven to 450 degrees
If you haven't done so already grill veggies and chop into uniform pieces and grill and mince your garlic - set aside.

Roll your dough out to fit your baking dish....don't forget to flour the service and your rolling pin.

place the olive oil in the dish and spread liberally for a crunchy crust

place your dough in pan

add the sauce and top with garlic spread your cheez and then arrange your veggies to your liking

now top with olives

bake your pie for about 20 minutes

enjoy with your favorite salad
