Introduction
This is a great substitution to the regular meatloaf, made with ground turkey, instead of ground beaf, which makes it very low in calories. Ingredients

4 eggs
1 1/2 cups water
1 2/3 cups oats
1 cup onion
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon red curry
3 pounds ground turkey
3/4 cup barbeque sauce
Directions
In a large bowl, beat the eggs. Add water, oats, onion, salt, and curry. Add turkey and mix well. Shape into a 9x13x2 inch glass pan. Spread the barbeque sauce on top. Bake at 350 for 60-65 minutes or until no pink remains. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Cut into 24 square pieces.
