Ingredients

    4 tbl 50/50 Smart Balance butter
    3 tbl light sour cream
    595 grams red potatoes (about 4 1/2 red russet)
    1/4 cup fat free milk

Directions

wash, skin, cube and boil potatoes until tender
add all ingredients together in a large bowl and mix together with mixer until smooth
