Introduction

Here's a great recipe for Sangria! Normally cranberry juice is added to substitute red wine in non-alcoholic recipes of the drink, but having both gives it an extra kick.

The club soda I used was flavored with lemon, so I didn't need much actual lemon juice. If you can't find flavored club soda, you can either add more juice or even some lemonade drink mix.

Ingredients

    1 quart cranberry juice, light
    2 cups orange juice
    1/4 cup fresh lime juice (about 2 medium limes)
    1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (2 - 3 large lemons)
    1 1/2 cups red wine
    3 cups club soda

Directions

* In a large punch bowl mix cranberry, orange, lime, and lemon juices.
* Add wine, stir. Add club soda last so the carbonation stays.

Makes 12 servings. (1 serving = 1 cup)
