Ingredients

    1 large potato, diced
    pasta 100g uncooked weight
    onion 1 medium, chopped
    Red kidney beans 1 can, 400g
    Boloti beans 1 can, 400g
    Stock
    garlic
    2 tbsp oil
    herbs

Directions

Heat pan and add oil, add onions, cook for few mins, add potato and beans and cook for few mins.
Add herbs, stock and bring to boil.
Add pasta and boil until pasta cooked.
