Number of Servings: 11


    2 tbsp olive oil
    1/4 chopped onion
    1/4 chopped celery
    1/4 chopped carrots
    1.5 cup chopped rotesserie chicken
    1 can of fat free cream of chicken soup
    2 32 oz container of chicken broth
    1 jar of ragu alfredo sauce
    1// bag of round cheese ravoli


This will make about 11 cups of soup

Saute your onion, carrot, and celery until soft and clear
Add chicken to sauteed veggies
add chicken broth
add cream of chick soup
add alfredo
add cheese ravoli

Stir together and bring to a boil
Redcue heat and simmer for an 1 hr to 45 minutes

    This was such a good soup recipe. I used Classico Four Cheese Alfredo instead of Ragu because it is my preference and lower calories. My husband loved this soup. I was worried it wouldn't have enough taste, boy was I wrong. - 1/30/10

    Very Good
    My husband and I really enjoyed this, however, we probably ate too many ravioli as the recipe didn't specify the size of the bag. What size bag of ravioli should be use? - 2/22/10

    I have not made this yet, and it sounds too good to pass up, but there seems to be a lot of sodium in these recipes. what do u do if you are watching this as well? - 10/21/09
