Introduction

This is my families favorite summer chicken salad. It is a main meal in itself. This is my families favorite summer chicken salad. It is a main meal in itself.

Ingredients

    One head cabbage shredded
    Ramen Noodles, Oriental flavor, 2 packages
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 2. breast, bone and skin removed
    Almonds, .5 cup, slivered
    Scallions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Cider Vinegar, .5 cup
    Honey, 2 tbsp
    *Sesame Seeds, .25 cup

Directions

Cook chicken and cool: cut into bite size pieces
toast almonds and sesame seeds
crush dry ramen noodles into small pieces, reserve seasoning pack
Toss all dry ingredients together
mix olive oil, cider vinegar, and ramen seasoning packets
pour over salad and mix well
