Ingredients

    Pasta, cooked, 16 oz
    Peas, frozen, 2 cup
Plain Fat Free Yogurt, 4 oz
    Mayonnaise Light, 1/2 cup
    Yellow Mustard, 1 tsp
Garlic, 2 cloves (or 2 tsp minced from can)
    Cured Ham, 6 oz
    Celery, raw, 3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
    Onion, red (raw), 8 tbsp
Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 1 cup

Directions

Boil pasta according to package instructions. 1-2 minutes before the pasta is done boiling, add the frozen peas just so they thaw. When pasta is finished boiling, drain pasta/peas and rinse with cold water.

While pasta is cooking, dice ham, celery and onion and place in a large mixing bowl or dutch oven. Add craisins. In a small bowl, mix the yogurt, mayo, mustard, garlic and pepper.

Once pasta is cooled, mix everything together and enjoy!

***When serving, top with slivered almonds or pecans for extra texture. This is not factored into the calorie count.***
