Ingredients

1 Chicken Breast (no skin or bone)
1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 Cup Ragu Light Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
2 Oz. Barilla Whole Grain Thin Spaghetti Noodles
1/4 Cup Sargento Classic Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
Black Pepper
McCormick's All Purpose Salt-Free Seasoning
Garlic salt
Directions
Heat sauce and boil noodles as directed on containers.
Rub Chicken Breast with the Olive Oil.
Place the breast on a plate and season with the pepper and other seasons on one side.
Heat a non stick skillet on medium heat.
When pan is hot place the breast seasoning side down and season the other side while in the skillet.
Cook chicken thoroughly.
Put the noodles and sauce on a serving plate and add half the shredded cheese over it to melt. Place the chicken breast on top of the noodles and sauce and then top with the remaining cheese.
Enjoy with garlic bread or bread sticks.
This is quite a large meal that potentially could be split into 2 servings if needed.
