Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 oz Espresso or 2 oz very strong coffee
    1 cup milk 1%
    .5 oz pina colada coffee syrup
    1 Scoop GNC lean protein

Directions

Make espresso/coffee. Pour over ice for quick cool down. Add 1 cup milk and pina colada. Put ice in blender and add ice and GNC to blender. Add the coffee, pina colada or the coffee syrup that you like, milk mix to blender and mix.
