Ingredients

    1 - lb skinless, boneless chicked cut into 4 thin patties
    1/8 c whole wheat flour
    1 tbsp olive oil
    6 oz white cooking wine
    1 oz lemon juice
    2 tbsp roughly chopped parsley

Directions

Servings: 4

Lightly flour chicken pieces. Heat oil in skillet on medium-high. Cook chicken 2 to 3 minutes per side. Remove to plate.

Pour wine and lemon juice into pan. Cook on high until about 1/4 cup remains. Season with salt, pepper and parsley. Add chicken, heat 5 minutes covered. Serve.
