Ingredients

    Hunt's Garlic & Herb Spaghetti Sauce, 26 oz(1 Can)
    Hunt's Petite Diced Tomatoes, 14.5 oz (1 Can)
    Ronzoni Smart Taste Penne Rigate, 14.5 oz (1 Box)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 oz
    Winn Dixie Ricotta Cheese (Part Skim), 1.75 cup
    Kraft 2% Shredded Cheese, .5 cup
    Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, .5 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    1Lb 93% Lean Ground Beef
    1 cup bell pepper

Directions

Brown ground beef, cut onion, garlic and bell pepper into small cubes and saute, cook penne according to box instructions, drain beef and pasta, mix all ingredients(except shredded cheese) together in big bowl and then add to 13 by 9 Baking dish, cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes, remove cover, stir and sprinkle shredded cheese to top, continue baking 10 more minutes

(I more or less use oregano and garlic to taste, I like garlic so i tend to use more than most people care for. )

    Very Good
    Made this without the meat and it was very good. I didn't use as much garlic but would next time and more sauce. We thought it was a little dry. Also used fresh tomatoes from the garden instead of canned tomatoes. - 8/27/09
