Ingredients

    1 boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
    20-30 squirts I can't believe it's not butter spray
    1/5 cup thinly sliced onion
    1/2 cup thinly sliced peeled apples
    1/2 garlic glove, minced
    1 whole wheat pita

Directions

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Spray with cooking spray. Sprinkle the chicken evenly with salt, nutmeg and pepper. Add chicken to pan, saute for 7 minutes or until golden. Remove chicken from pan; keep warm.
Squirt 20-30 sprays of butter in pan over medium heat. Add onion, cook 4 minutes until tender, stirring frequently. Add apple, cook 6 minutes or until golden, stirring frequently. Add garlic, cook 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Return chicken to pan, cook 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Heat pita in microwave for 20-30 seconds. Slice in half, making 2 pita pockets. Distribute mixture evenly among the 2.
