Introduction

Thick refreshing frozen smoothie very high in vegetable protein, Vitamin B-12 and Vitamin C. It's easy, quick and the tofu keeps you filled up longer than the traditional yogurt smoothies. Great after a hard work-out or for brunch or breakfast. Best enjoyed immediately as it tends to separate a bit as it melts. Also very good with other berry mixes.
