    1 6oz can white albacore tuna in water (drained)
    1 Tbsp fat free plain yogurt
    1 Tbsp yellow mustard
    1 Tbsp dried cranberries
    1 Tbsp sliced almonds


Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and use with sandwich bread or wrap of choice
