    1 Tbsp fat free plain yogurt
    1 Tbsp yellow mustard
    1 Tbsp dried cranberries
    1 Tbsp sliced almonds


Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and use with sandwich bread or wrap of choice

    I LOVE cranberries in my tuna, but never thought to put almonds!! IT'S GENIUS! I made it for my lunch today! (I had to use like 1 teaspoon of light mayo instead of yogurt because I only had flavored yogurt) Thanks for the idea!!!! - 10/25/10
