Ingredients

    1 12 once package Hormal Little Sizzlers Maple Pork sausage links
    1 cup whole wheat pancake mix
    2/3 cup 1% milk
    1 egg
    2 tablespoons sugar
    2 tablespoons melted butter
    1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
    1 cup finely chopped peeled apple

Directions

Heat oven to 400. Cook sausage links according to package directions; drain. In large bowl, combine backing mix, milk, egg, sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, and nutmeg until blended. Stir in apple. Spread in greased 9-inch pie plate. Arrange sausage links in spoke fashion on batter.
