Ingredients

    1 lb extra lean ground beef
    1 onion chopped
    1 egg
    1 cup corn flakes
    1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup Fat Free Milk
    salt, pepper, chili powder, garlic to taste

Directions

Mix beef with onions, eggs, spices, and corn flakes.
Shape into 32 meat balls.
Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
Place milk and cream of mushroom soup in large skillet add meat balls and saute for 10 more minutes.
Serve over rice.
