Introduction

Ingredients

    1 box cake mix (any type of chocolate)
    1 15 oz. can pumpkin (plain)
    3/4 cup water
    1 egg white

Directions

Use any brand cake mix. Pour canned pumpkin and cake mix in mixing bowl. Add water and egg white. Follow directions on cake box for mixing instructions.
Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake according to cake box instructions.
Slice into 12 pieces.
Can be served with fresh berries or decorated with powdered sugar.

    Incredible!
    This recipe is so yummy!!! Extremely moist. Can last for few days if you limit yourself to just one piece per day. My husband can slightly taste the pumpkin, but loves it and HATES healthy food. Thanks for making eating well so easy and enjoyable!!! - 3/23/10

    Very Good
    I used Pillsbury reduced sugar cake mix & added some walnuts .... Came out really good ! Served it with Light Reddi Whip ....Will make it again since i'm a diabetic... YUM - 1/16/10
