Introduction

as odd as this sounds i swear it is good! as odd as this sounds i swear it is good!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1.5 cups flour. Whole wheat or white
    .5 cups light mayonaisse
    2 to 3 tbs water
    .5 tsp lemon rind
    .25 tsp salt
    2 cupps fresh blackberries
    splenda or sugar to taste (calculated with splenda)

Directions

mix salt, flour, mayo, water and lemon rind in an electric mixer. flour a cutting board and roll dough out on the cutting board( you will have to use extra flour here and there to keep it from sticking) once rolled out cut into a circle a little bigger around then your pie dish.put circle of dough on the bottom of the pie dish. top with 2 cups of fresh fruit( calculated with blackberries) and sweeten to taste with splenda or sugar. roll excess dough back in a ball and roll into a circle and top the pie with it. using a fork push the edges together and poke about 6 holes in the top of the pie. then use an egg white and put an eggwash over the top of it. sprinkle with a little more splenda or sugar. bake at 350 degrees for about 15 to 25 minutes
