Ingredients

    This pizza roll has mozzarella cheese, pizza sauce and pepperoni.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350º. Roll out pizza dough very thin. Spread pizza sauce on it. Put a little cheese on to start, then top with pepperoni, then top with the rest of the cheese (2 cups total). Carefully roll it up like a burrito and place in a Pam-sprayed pan.

Meanwhile, beat 1 TB olive oil into egg (this mixture could be divided for two pizza rolls), then spread this liberally on top of the pizza roll. Bake for about 45-min to an hour, depending on how hot the oven is, and enjoy!
