Introduction

This is a easy refreshing low calorie drink. Perfect for a hot summer day. It takes just a few minutes to make and is a perfect substitute for a sugar filled drink. Ingredients

    3 Lemon wedges
    3 packets of Splenda
    1 Tall (16 oz) glass of water (with ice)

Directions

1. Fill up a large (about 16 oz) glass of water with ice then fill up with water. Make sure to leave enough room for stirring.

2. Squeeze 3 Lemon wedges into glass.

3. Add 3 packets of Splenda.

4. Stir all ingredients

Note: If you want more of a lemon taste add 1 more lemon. If you want more of a sugar taste add 1 more packet of Splenda.

    I frequently make this at a restaurant to avoid ordering a carbonated beverage or when they don't have unsweetened iced tea. Over time, try reducing to 2 packets of Splenda and add more lemon wedges. I always ask for extra lemons and usually get a small bread plate full of them... - 8/2/11
