Ingredients

1lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces
1/2tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp smart balance
2c thinly sliced onions
2c peeled, thinly sliced granny smith apples
2 cloves garlic, minced
8 (6in) low carb tortillas (La Tortilla Factory)
Directions
Coat large nonstick skillet with cooking spray, and place over medium-high heat. Sprinkle the chicken evenly with nutmeg and pepper. Add chicken to the pan and saute 7min or until golden. Remove chicken from pan, keep warm.
Melt smart balance in pan over medium heat. Add onion and cook for 4min or until tender, stirring frequently. Add apple, cook 6min or until golden. Return chicken to pan, cook 2min or until heated.
Heat tortillas. Arrange 1/2c chicken mixture in each tortilla.
