    1 can (16) ounces black beans, drained, rinsed
    1 package (10 ounces) frozen corn, thawed
    1 cup chopped ripe mango
    1/2 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, grilled, cut up
    1/2 cup chopped red pepper
    1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
    1/3 cup lime juice
    1 envelope *good seasons italian dressing mix


toss all ingredients in large bowl. Refrigerate.
Serve with tortilla chips!

    This combination of flavors was an entirely new adventure for me and my husband. He normally doesn't even like mango, but we both thought this was fantastically good and I'll make it again for sure. It might be a new fave! I used bottled Italian rather than the envelope. - 10/15/11
