Introduction

I decided to try out my favorite recipe using frozen potatoes for mashinng and frozen broccoli both w/ lowfat cheese sauce. I decided to try out my favorite recipe using frozen potatoes for mashinng and frozen broccoli both w/ lowfat cheese sauce.

Ingredients

    1 bag frozen Ore Ida Steam & Mash Three Cheese Potatoes
    1 bag Green Giant Steamers Broccoli w/Cheese sauce
    1 can Chicken broth
    I recipe of Cream Soup mix from Spark People/made up
    1/2 cup chopped onion

Directions

I microwaved the potatoes and broccoli according to directions. I also made up the cream soup mix in the microwave, using the directions and 1 1/4 cup water. I mixed it all together, using potato masher, with the broth. I almost forgot chopped onion, but since it was in my crockpot I added it after I put it in there to slow cook until my class. Next time I will saute the onion using a butter or olive oil spray. You can heat and eat, but I am taking it in my crockpot to my class.
