Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 cup all purpose flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    3 Tbs unsalted, chilled and cubed butter
    3 green onions, chopped
    1 Tbs finely grated Parmesan
    1/2 cup 2% Milk

Directions

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.

Put the flour, baking powder, and salt in a food processor and bulse briefly to mix. Add the butter and pulse until the mixture is crumbly. add green onion and parmesan and pulse just enought to blend. Add the milk and pulse until combined. Drop the dough in rounded tablespoons onto a greased baking sheet and bake until golden, about 13 to 15 minutes. Serve warm. This makes about 12 biscuits and a serving is one biscuit.

    I checked and these are 71.1 cal not 46.1. Unless I calculated wrong. but they sound good so I will try them. And I also used 1% milk. - 11/12/11
