Ingredients

1 cup 2% milk
7 ounces unsweetened chocolate
3/4 cups granular sugar substitute (I mixed splenda and Sweet-n-Low)
1 tablespoons unslated butter
3/4 cups chopped pecans
Directions
Prep Time: 15 min
Cook Time: 5 min
Chill Time: 2 hours
Yield: 35
In a large saucepan heat milk being careful not to scald. Add chocolate and stir until melted. Remove from heat; add sugar substitute and butter. Mix until smooth. Allow to slightly cool. Use a small melon ball scoop to form chocolate balls (or use 2 spoons). Roll in chopped pecans or cocoa powder. Refrigerate until cold and stiff, about 2 hours.
Place truffles in foil candy holders if desired.
