    1-15 oz jar Trader Joe's Punjab Spinach Sauce
    1 cup water
    3.5 oz Paneer, cubed
    2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1-15 oz can Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)


Empty the jar and 1 cup water into a large skillet. Cut chicken breasts into approx. 1" cubes. Add the chicken to the skillet, cover, stir occasionally and simmer over medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until the chicken in thoroughly cooked. Add garbanzo beans and paneer. Reduce to a simmer for 5 minutes. Remover from heat and serve with rice.
