Ingredients

1 cup Blue Bonnet Light Margarine room temperature
1 1/2 cups granulated Sugar
4 ounces Unsweetened Chocolate
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
4 Eggs
8 whole Keebler Chocolate Graham Crackers
2 T Cocoa
3 T Yogurt, Light, Vanilla, Fat Free
2 T Brown Sugar
Directions
For Crust:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, yogurt, and brown sugar. Press mixture firmly into a 9 inch pie pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 5 minutes. Let Cool. Crust is better if made the day before use.
For Pie:
Cream butter in a mixing bowl. Gradually beat in the sugar with an electric mixer until light colored and well blended. Stir in the thoroughly cooled chocolate, and vanilla extract. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating 5 minutes on medium speed after each addition. Spoon the chocolate filling into a cooled, baked pie shell.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
